syn two generators
please i want specifications for synchronizing panel between two generators cummins type of power 75 KVA they are stand by for main

You want the specification?
You need to decide on the specification taking into account what you would like to achieve.
Do you have the units in your posession? It is usually easier to add this as a feature when buying the sets. 75kVA is quite small to syncronise and depending on the engine models, it may or may not be possible.

i have already the two generators cummins with engine models n855g

For syncronising you need a fair bit of kit. You need to make sure:
1) That the engine speed inputs are available to do fine speed adustment.
2) The the engines are NOT set to droop.
3) That the alternators have a remote voltage input available.
4) That the alternators have droop CT's fitted.
Once all those things are in place you will need to make sure that the breakers are motorised and buy some panels capabale of syncronising them.
Rough costs (excluding fitting) for the above based on just the parts:
1) No Parts, you need the engine manufacturers agent to check this probably. I'd guess they will charge you $400-$1000.
2) They should do this as they do number 1.
3) It depends on the model of the alternator, but most machines of this size should have it. If not you will need a new AVR as a minimum, $400-$1000 depending on the model.
4) Only around $200 per machine.
Then if the breakers are not motorized you will need to fit motors, which would be $700 per machine approx.
The top panels would be around $5000 if they are not already fitted with syncronising gear.
