2 Volvo no auto start

We have recently sync'ed 2 Volvo 250Kva Gen sets perfectly but are having a problem with the auto/remote start. When started manually the sets run and sync fine but when set to auto only one set will run at a time when you switch one off the other will start? We are using DSE 7510 modules. Any ideas?

Normally both sets will start together.

If they don't, then this is usually due to the fact that the DSE controllers are configured for load demand and they are not set to have both sets starting at once.

Select "All sets run initially" in the controller settings under "Edit Config" -> Generator -> Sync And Load Control
