When the set is running at around 230V LN, the module appears to read just over 250V LN.
The reason for the fault
Deep Seas 3110 wiring diagram on the 3110 controller contains a wiring fault that has led to incorrect voltage readings showing on the screen on the DSE 3110 controller.
On the diagram for the DSE 3110, it showed that the L1 should go into 8 on the back of the DSE and Neutral goes in to 9. This was later found to be incorrect. These two wires should be switched and this will correct the fault.
Solution
This can be corrected by switching the wiring on the reverse of the DSE using the following proceedure.
1) Disconnect the battery, thereby isolating the set.
2) Remove the plug that holds the DSE wires 8 and 9.
3) Remove wire 104 (Neutral) and 153 (Live) and reconnect them so that 53 goes into number 9 on the DSE 3110 and 104 goes into 8 on the DSE.
4) Reconnect the battery.
5) Test the set again and it will now be showing the correct Voltage.
