A deep sea module (DSE) is a brand of control module.

There are various DSE modules within the range that can all have their programming altered to control the generator in different ways.
The most basic controllers allow for keystart and standard shutdown functions, where as the more advanced controllers can monitor generator electrical features, engine sensor readings, read down the CANBUS links, sync generators together and to the mains.
