Hello,

My ATS panel broke on my Perkins diesel generator and i found old one would be alright just to swap these two on my diesel generator would everything still work perfectly? Or would i have to replace it with a new one?

if the "old" ATS panel has the same internal wiring it will work.

ATS panels can have several different configurations that make it impossible to tell from your question if your "old" panel would work or not I am afraid unless you give more details.
