Synchronism Control?

we all gonna purchase five diesel genset,each 1000KW,prime,so,my engineer tell me:we need 5 set Synchronism Control and a total control panel?

Frankly speaking,i have no idea what's Synchronism Control and it's work?

If you want to syncronise the units, you need a manufacturer who can build and test these units for you.
If you are not experienced, you don't want to do this yourself.
