Misfire

Hello,

I need help on my diesel generator pekins 1300 series, as everytime i try to turn it on i get a misfire (failure to fire)?

The engine has done about 700 hours work any ideas what could be causing this?

Hello Miguel,

To me it sounds like you have a faulty sensor, thats why your engine misfires as the sensor tell it different when you want to do something. (this case misfire)

Also it could be valve timing but something like that is very technical, so i would contact welland for proffesional advise on how you can resolve this problem.
