High Fuel Comsumption

Hello

Ive had my 1300 series perkins desiel generator for ages now and for the past few days its been comsuming more fuel then it ever has been before?

Can any one tell me why?

Hello There,

It sound to me that your not getting enough air in your engine so its consuming more fuel then it should. This can be cuased by restriction in your induction system, or also it could be that your cylinder bores are worn out?
