Have you done any tests on it?

Your not goiNg to help yourself by not doing some tests.

    Firstly, test the CAN link.
If you have a DSE 7310 or 5310 then use the normal proceedyre.
If not, use a DCU, plug it in and does this start it? When it starts can you see the engine parameters? Or are they all zero?

Have you checked the oil and water levels?
    How old is the unit?

That's right. It's very important to be methodical in situations like this.
A methodical approach is the only way to sort out these issues.

    Check the ECU power circuit.
    Check the CAN connection.
Check the ECU with a DCU, check for errors and faults with the DCU.

Check for DTDs if you Have a 7310 connected.

Please post some details of the setup!
You haven't even told us what controller your using!

    We can't read minds.
Do you know how these engines work?

It's only a CAN link, have a look at it.

    Default WV500 not starting

    Dear Sir,

    We use DSE 7310.

The genset started by DCU and all parameters are OK.

Fact: this gen set ran 25 hours. Once it was stopped and found one of the FUSE of common inside contorl panel that comes from CT(4 wires, 3 -phase and 1 common) was burned.hen we unpluged it and start the genset. after 5 hours we normally shut down genset.again we pluged the fUSE but genset not started.then we tried by pluging and unpluging that FUSE but failed to start.

After that we stared genset by DCU. without DCU it is not running.

    Pls advise us.

Fact 1: There are 6 CT wires.
Fact 2: The CT wires are not fused.

You must be talking about the voltage wires. CT's measure current, the voltage wires allow the measurement of voltage.

When you use the DCU, can you view the engines parameters on the set? Do you see oil pressure e.t.c. on the DCU while the engine is running?
