Welland Engineering has and has always had a span of excellent business relationships with both our customers and our suppliers and this is one of the reasons we have an extremely loyal group of customers.
Welland have built business relationships all over the world, these business relationships have lasted many for over 20 years. The reason these relationships have lasted is because of our policy of building relationships with our customers. These relationships are based on:
  • A mutual respect for each others beliefs and cultures and an aim of understanding each other better. This desire for cultural understanding allows us to better understand your needs and also the direct needs of your customers.
  • A dedicated sales engineer to assist you with your sales enquiries and concerns. Should you not for any reason be able to solve your problem with your engineer, you can talk to a director who will assit you further.
  • Visits to your territory when we are nearby to ensure you get the most out of personal contact with us
  • An open invitation to visit our workshop when you are working with us for mutual benefit. This is available after enough business has been placed. We are unable to assist with Visa’s until we have shipped orders in order to comply with UK immigration rules and procedures. If you are in the UK however, we would be please to have you visit our premises.
  • A dynamic customer focused team, because we work as a team we aim to communicate your needs throughout our business so that when you call, if you cannot speak to your dedicated sales engineer, we can help you anyway.
