    Question Deep 5210

    Hi ,
    have a deepsea 5210 showing wrong current draw. when i remove the plug from the rear socket the wrong current is still shown on the display?

    If the module is still showing a current reading when the plug with the CTs connected is removed, there is a fault with the controller, as this is the only way the unit can read current.

    We would suggest replacing the controller.

    Importantly, do you have a backup of the program in the controller to restore it?

    Thumbs up DSE module Repair

    Hi,
    I got faulty module previously, DSE PLC Co.in England request me to send it back to them for repair.
    No cost of repair to some of the module since they found-out thru the serial number that it'sunder warranty..

    DSE modules are very reliable, they rarely fail.

    Just make sure you copy the program before you send it if possible.
