    Default Unbalance Line current

We have 5 gensets ran on parallel mode the load [50% each]were divided equally between 5 sets, but i observed 2 sets had unbalanced load current on L1,L2&L3[Line 1=380A;Line 2=280 & Line 3=360Amps] what is the probable cause.?

Only 2 sets had unbalanced load? Are the voltages the same on each of the sets, even those with unbalanced load?

Because if the balanced load between the 5 units, then if the current is different, then the voltages must be different also.

If not, then the load is not balanced.

Normally, poor load sharing is due to poor voltage control, poor engine control, a bad CT maybe?

No Load output voltages between 5 sets is +/- 3% difference w/c is acceptable.
On-Load voltage on parallel sets i can't tell the difference but i observed the power factor of line 2 w/ abnormal current is higher than L1&L3[L1=0.96;L2=0.99&L3=0.96]

    Thanks

Is L2 different on all sets or just one set?

    Seems a bit strange!
Either poor control or a CT issue.

    Possibly a module issue?
Try swapping the modules on 2 sets and seeing if the problem moved with the module or starys with the set.
