1300 series engine turning off automatically

I need your help to solve a problem.
We have overhauled a 1300 series Perkins engine (HEUI engine), but at the time of overhauling Injector pressure control sensor has been broken (Which sensor installed into the cylinder head), we didn't replace the sensor, because its not available.
We have completed the overhauling task and start the engine, but the Genset is going off automatically within 1-2 minutes after start the Genset.
Can you please advice how can we start the genset without replace the sensor?
