3110 close generator not working / problem
I am having problem with the 3110 modules.
The close generator output is not responding even after I change the module and use another one.
I am presently on site for six hours trying to get it work.

That's very strange, I installed a unit yesterday with one no problem.
The output would normally only activate when the Loading Voltage and Loading Frequency reach these values.
If for example the loading frequency has been set to 55Hz, then it will never be reached and hence it won't activate. The loading voltage is also the same. If the Loading voltage is set to 359V (the default) and the set is 220~127 then it won't activate.
Also if the voltage is being read from a 110V leg, you would want to change this down further or change the leg.
The voltage showing on te module as the unit runs will be the L-N voltage, unless you have ticked "Display Voltages as Phase to Phase" in the "Module" screen in the software.
I would tick this and then make sure the voltage shown onthe display is rising above the voltage set as the Loading Voltge.
Also make sure it is NOT set to "Close Gen Output Pulse" and it is set to just Close Gen Output.
Hope that helps!!
Regards
