Default Perkins 4006-23TAG3A powered Generator Problem

concerning the 800KVA Generator (WP800 Welland power generating set) supplied to JOS project.

When we started the generator to test for the first time, all the necessary connection had been made, including the fueling and oiling of the generator.
But it automatically stopped after exactly 15 minutes, when the symbol (!) indicated.
Moreover, at about 10 minutes in this test, the parameters showed on the control panels are as follows:
the engine oil pressure is 6bar,
the engine water temperature is 70oC,
    the battery voltage is 27.4v
    the engine speed is 1695-1706rpm,
    the frequency is 50-50.1Hz
    the output voltage is 231v.

In the subsequent tests, the generator always stopped automatically after about 5 minutes, and then the engine water temperature and oil pressure were back to zero immediately as showed.
In addition, the engine speed rose from 1500rpm to 1706rpm in the tests.

The fuel system is normal according to our inspection.
Now, we cannot find out the reason, so we need you to furnish us with the solution to solve this problem.

We will appreciate for your swift response.

The 800kVA has a basic 3110 Deep Sea controller on it, when the common alarm (!) symbol flashes the following applies from the DSE manual:

    7 PROTECTIONS
When an alarm is present, the Common alarm LED if configured will illuminate.
The LCD display will show an icon to indicate the failure.

Please check for a symbol being displayed on the LCD display. Is there another symbol showing?

In the event that there is no additional symbol displayed on the DSE controller, this indicates that a digital input is becoming active.
The module has 6 digital inputs, A-F. These are pins 12-17 on the back of the 3110 controller.
15 and 16 on the controller (5 and 6 on the terminal strip) should be programmed for Low Oil Pressure and High Coolant Tempurature. If these were activating, then you would also see the corresponding symbol on the LCD display.

Therefore one of the other pins (12,13,14 or 17) at the point it would suggest is an issue. Please check there is nothing going into these pins?

The engine speed should be 1500RPM approx. running at a steady state off load. Are you applying load to the engine and removing it or is it running off load?
Is it sitting at 1695-1706rpm all the time?
