and now I created a workshop in Bulgaria for installation of 1.diesel generators from 16kw
to 100kw and looking for help me to find a cheapest price for the Perkins engine model
like 400 series - on china part or made

Sadly you will not find really cheap Perkins generators. These units are of good quality and therefore they are not cheap.
There are fakes about and these may be less expensive they do not represent good value.

The best thing to do ois create a good relationship with a company that can reduce your costs though efficient service supply and quality.
