Perkins engine 1106 series engine fuel pump solenoid problem

Dear Friends,
We are having FG Wilson Genet P180P1 with Perkins Engine 1106series engine, We are now replaced now 4Th times fuel pump as the solenoid got default after 500hours or so every time. When we dismantle the Fuel Pump and tested in bench we found that the solenoid is not gene rising and pressure is not building in the pump.
Can some body advise me how to solve the problem as every time we have to change the fuel pump just for the malfunction of solenoid, As Perkins advise that solenoid separately not available instead whole pump has to replace, which seems to be very expensive recommendations.
Do let me know any body has faced this problems of solenoid for this series of Perkins Engine 1106.

These engines have very reliable pumps etc, so you should check the fuel, it probably bad fuel, you should use a fuel polishing system to help with it, then there should be no problem I think.
FG Wilson generators are good quality also.

Are you using the generator basetank or another tank?

Have you checked the voltage at the coil terminals.

Has a 24v coil got mixed up with a 12v coil.
