Diesel Generators to Office Building In Bangladesh

Welland Power supported their distributor in Bangladesh by manufacturing 3 x WP600 Synchronising Diesel Generators with Heat Exchangers and Remote Radiators.

The 600kVA Diesel Generators were built using Perkins 2806A-E18TAG1A Engines, Stamford HCI544E Alternators and Deep Sea Electronics DSE 8610 Control Panels. 

These units were built using Jacket Water Heat Exchangers rather than the traditional Radiators you would normally find on Diesel Engines.  The reason for this is that the Diesel Generators will be situated in an underground car park with poor air circulation.  Welland Power also supplied Water Cooled Charge Air Coolers (Remote Radiators) which will be situated above ground and supply cool water to the Jacket Water Heat Exchangers.

This design of cooling system enables the Diesel Generators to be situated in a position without access to sufficient cooling air, while still being cooled properly.
