Welland Power are very proud to have supported their Distributor in Israel in providing power for the 2019 Eurovision Song Contest in Tel Aviv.
Welland Power manufactured 4 x WP200 Synchronising Diesel Generators using Perkins 1106A-E70TAG4 Engines with Stamford UCI274H Alternators. These are controlled by Deep Sea Electronics DSE8610 with ABB 400A MCCBs.
These Diesel Generators were built with extended fuel tanks, 3 with 800 Litre tanks and 1 with 1500 Litre tank.
These units provided the Prime power for this global event. The customer advised that it was Welland Power's ability to design and build a custom product that matched the specification perfectly, that enabled them to win the contract for this prestigious event.
Welland Power have been supplying Diesel Generators to Israel and the surrounding countries since 1950. The products have also been exported to Jordan, Palestine, Iraq, Bahrain, Yemen, Oman and the rest of the Middle East.
